She was quoted many thousands of dollars for work that she was told was urgent and if not remedied would cause far more expensive damage. The 1st plumber then charged almost $400 for the camera and an attempted water pressure clearance. We contacted GME plumbing who asked a great deal of questions to qualify the work. We emailed with more detail, the contact and conversation was professional and immediate. Danielle arranged a visit 3 days later and had the drain cleared, no mess, no damage to gardens or ripping up the yard for less than 10% of the original quote.
